Dr. Shobha Menon

Dr. Shobha Menon is an educator, academic leader, mentor, and career counsellor with over three decades of experience in the field of education. Since beginning her career in 1989, she has served in a variety of roles, from faculty member to Principal, gaining extensive experience in teaching, student development, academic administration, and educational leadership.

She holds a Postgraduate degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Management Studies, a unique combination that enables her to understand both the human and organizational dimensions of learning, growth, and career development.

Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Menon has worked closely with students, parents, educators, and institutions, helping them navigate important academic and career decisions. Her years of interaction with young people have reinforced her belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and potential, and that the right guidance at the right time can make a lasting difference.

As a counsellor, Dr. Menon combines her background in psychology, education, and management with a practical, empathetic, and student-centred approach.
